- What's the 80% listing price?
- We list items at 80% of their estimated market value by default — room to negotiate with buyers while still capturing full value.
- What are service fees?
- Fees cover hauling ($25 first item, $10 each additional), cleaning ($15), and photography & listing ($10). Your first visit's hauling fee is waived. Fees are deducted from the sale price before your split.
- Why does my split start at 40%?
- That's the starting rate. As your cumulative sales grow — $500, $1k, $2.5k, $5k, $10k+ — your percentage climbs automatically. Consign more items and earn a higher cut on everything.
- What if my item doesn't sell?
- At the end of your 60- or 90-day window, you can pick it up free, have it delivered back ($40), or relinquish it to us. We never leave you in limbo.
