Where we are
Built in Everett, WA.
Phase 1 is a single-operator system: one reseller (Vendor Zero) running the full pipeline in the Pacific Northwest, with the software handling the parts a spreadsheet shouldn't.
The plan from here is to grow the network — more vendors, more pickups, more sourcers — same provenance and fair-split philosophy. We'd rather move a few thousand items well than ten thousand items badly.
